Meet high-standard cold storage requirements
The condensation generated in both scan window and screen will badly affect work progress for those workers who need to travel between different areas in the highstandard cold storage. With the help of condensation-free technology, K8 Cold will heat itself automatically to assure quick scanning and recording after sorting process. The cold-core battery which can withstand -30℃, is able to work long hours in low-temperature cold storage environments.
Improve workers’ fulfillment capacity and accuracy
K8 Cold is able to recognize the name, product origin, and weight of GS1-EAN·UCC barcodes so that it could complete inbound and outbound management automatically, and accumulate weight during inventory. Support up to 21.4m furthest scanning, the forklift can scan the barcodes of the shelves and goods in a long distance, thus it can recognize shelves and confirm goods waiting to be sorted rapidly.
Optimize the input experience for workers in cold storage
The workers would suffer a lot inconvenience while wearing thick and heavy anti-cold gloves. Now this situation has been improved by adopting reasonable keypad size and keyboard layout so that the mistouch rate could be eliminated during fulfillment. The wide groove and friction texture on the back, match with the device-back strap, can mount the device on your hand tightly so that you can operate the machine with one
single hand.
